2. Age Restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase alcohol from our website. By
placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the person
receiving the delivery is also at least 18 years old.
We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe this
condition has not been met. We will not deliver to a person who is, or appears to be,
under the age of 18.
3. Ordering
3.1 All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to
refuse or cancel an order at any time, including after a confirmation has been sent.
3.2 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed
only when we confirm your order has been dispatched.
3.3 Product images and descriptions on our website are indicative only. We reserve
the right to substitute products of equal or greater value where a product becomes
unavailable, and will notify you before doing so.
3.4 Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where
applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The
price at the time your order is placed will apply.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and
debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
4.2 All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not
store your card details.
4.3 If a payment is declined or reversed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and
recover any goods already dispatched.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 We ship Australia-wide. Delivery times are estimated only and we cannot
guarantee delivery on a specific date.
5.2 Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to purchase.
5.3 Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery. We recommend
you inspect your order upon receipt.
5.4 Alcohol cannot be delivered to a person who is, or appears to be, intoxicated.
Our delivery partners are instructed to refuse delivery in such circumstances.
5.5 A signature may be required on delivery. If no one is available to receive the
delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply. We are not responsible for goods left
unattended at your direction.
5.6 We cannot deliver to PO boxes or dry areas (areas with restricted alcohol access
under state or territory law). It is your responsibility to ensure delivery to your
nominated address is permitted.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a product that is
faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of
delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
6.2 We do not accept returns for change of mind on alcohol products, in accordance
with applicable liquor licensing regulations.

a description of the issue. Do not return goods without contacting us first.
6.4 Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable
time of us receiving and assessing your return.
6.5 Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian
Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and
compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also
entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and
the failure does not amount to a major failure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from your
use of our website or purchase of our products is limited to the value of the order in
question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage.
