Chardonnay Barrel Aged – 200ml

Description

Our Pink Gin rested for 5 months in a few 220L French Oak Barriques after 3 vintages of Chardonnay from Lark Hill Winery.

The melding of the spirit with the barrel has imparted a golden hue. Buttery and vanilla oak notes are revealed from the earlier vintages of organic wines into the spirits citrus and floral tones.
Slight oak from the medium toasted barrel warms the palate softly – an elegant martini or on ice.

Barrel – 220L French Oak Barriques sourced from the Tonnellerie Sirugue in Burgundy.
Toasting – Medium
Maturation – 5 months
